CCC - Concordato Cauzione Credito
The Association was established in 1957 under the name " Accordo Cauzioni " renamed "Intesa "in 1973 and the in 1998 renamed "Concordato Cauzione Credito 1973 ".
Subsequently ,at an extraordinary meeting of its members held on 14 december 1993, it was decided to dissolve the Concordato Cauzione Credito 1973 . This step followed the desire to reorganise the "Concordato " ,notably in order to bring it fully into the line with
European Union and Italian Legislation . Effective 1 January 1994 ,and at the initiative of some the most important companies belonging to the previous organisation , there was formed a new "Concordato 1994 " ,with a restyled Charter and Rules.
Since 1.1.2000 the organisation changed its name in "Concordato Cauzione Credito ".
The association is open to all insurance and reinsurance companies operating in the Italian market , as well as "Observer "interested in the surety and commercial credit activity. In fact Concordato has its on jurisdiction for risk assigned to the area of surety and credit under the law n. 295 of June 10,1978,and according to the memorandum Isvap n. 162.

Companies adhere to the Association including
5 professional Reinsurers.
The Association carries out its activity through the following administrative bodies :
- The Assembly
- The Board
- Secretariat
In addition , the Assembly is allowed to name " Honorary President " people , who has distinguished himself in the insurance sector in general and in the surety and credit branches in particular. Recently the Assembly named Mr. Giorgio Cimagalli as honorary president.
Previously the post of honorary president was hold by Mr Mario Luzzatto.
The Assembly comprises al the members. An ordinary meeting is held every 6 months.
The Board is composed by the President and two Deputy Presidents.
For year 2011 the Meeting has nominated mr.
Daniele Mauri (Axa) for President and mr. Giuseppe Porta (Milano) and mr.
Mauro Moschetti (Vittoria) as Deputies President."
Members .meets periodically to discuss marketing issues and any other argument proposed .
